NEP was founded by Norri's Father, Bernard Gasser, in 1991. Norri is a proactive Landlady for her tenants and for her employees and she will stop at nothing to protect her Father’s legacy. She has a vested interest in Manchester and is always working hard to gather Landlords & Business Owners to support a safer and more attractive city for all! Norri Oberlander & Brian Cole have recently created the Common Sense Conservatives PAC to support Aldermanic & School Board Candidates who are pro-property rights & fiscally conservative after the city has experienced an increase in crime, post covid.
